As you’d expect from a sales orientated business we’re keen to make sure the revenue, profitability and growth trajectory are at their peak with a clear path to greater success. But sometimes not everything is where it should be. With a few changes we can make sure any valuation is at its highest even if it may be a few months down the line.

This situation has occurred with two of our clients and we’re working with them to implement the plans we’ve agreed to achieve the optimum valuation.

Of course an exit can take many forms. In one situation we suggested an entirely different structure to what the founder was considering resulting in a much better outcome.
