Due to increasing requests from our customers, MBConsulting is pleased to announce that with effect from January 2022 we have launched two new service lines to our portfolio of offerings: MBSalesManagement (MBSM) and MBSalesPartnerships (MBSP).
Our work typically involves engaging with early stage technology companies looking to scale. We advise on developing the proposition to move from “early adopter” stage through “growth” to “scale”. In the past these engagements have concluded with the introduction of an individual or team to execute the strategic plan.
Increasingly, customers have been asking us whether, in the initial stages of execution, we could provide the necessary sales and marketing leadership. The benefit being to de-risk the next phase of the company’s development. We understand this need in certain situations and have now invested to make sure we have the capability to provide such a service.
Additionally, for international customers looking to expand into the UK and Europe, we now offer a partnership service. This is ideal for organisations who are looking at taking the first step but where initial start up costs are prohibitive.
